Q. Ok, Michael - do you really mean it when you say that nobody ever will see my email address?

A. Your email address will never leave the computer that is sitting here in my house. Nobody hates getting junk email worse than I do.

Q. Is it safe to download Weight Commander?  I'm always worried about viruses and spyware and things like that.

A. Weight Commander is absolutely safe to use. Over 1000 people download the program every month, and nobody has trouble. If you'd like, you can call me on my cell phone to verify that I really do exist and that the program will run just fine on your computer.

Q. When I start downloading Weight Commander, Windows asks me if I want to "Run" the file or "Save" it. Which should I pick?

A. You can pick either but it is much easier if you select "Run". Everything will be automatic from that point on.

Q. I downloaded Weight Commander and got the message that the program was successfully set up on my computer. Now what?

A. The setup program puts a Weight Commander icon on your desktop and one in your Start Button/Programs menu. The icon is a red and yellow graph. Just double-click it and Weight Commander will start up.

Q. Will I really weigh less tomorrow?

A. Yes. Weighing less tomorrow is very easy. Weighing less one year from tomorrow is not very easy. But the hardest part of any diet is deciding to start, and you've already done that.
